Your onboarding answers (goal, time, level, energy, preference, timing, intensity), session completion data, and basic account information such as email address.

How it's used

Onboarding answers and session history drive your personalized recommendations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your control

You can export or delete your practice history at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your personalization data within 30 days.
